How to deal with fault?

If there is any quality problem not caused by improper operation within 3 months:

1. Please describ the problem to our sales and send photos or video.

2. Our sales staff will submit all the information to our aftersales service people.

3. After analyzing, we will give you the solution. Usually, there are three instances: Client send back the product for replacing; We send spare parts to client for repairing; Client send back the product for repairing. We will bear all the expenses.

 

Any quality problem not caused by improper operation after 3 months and within 1 year:

1. Please describ the problem to our sales and send photos or video.

2. Our sales staff will submit all the information to our aftersales service people.

3. After analyzing, we will give you the solution. Usually, there are two instances: We send spare parts to client for repairing freely; Client send back the product for repairing, shipping cost bear by both parties.

1. Please describ the problem to our sales and send photos or video.

2. Our sales staff will submit all the information to our aftersales service people.

3. After analyzing, we will give you the solution. Usually, there are two instances: Client buy spare parts for repairing; Client send back the product for repairing, shipping cost bear by client.
